I can not buy an item with apple card

I bought 2 new Iphone 14 Pro. 1 in USA Apple Store Online. And 1 in Japan Apple Store Online.

But the phone I bought at U.S. Apple Store Online work good with my Apple Credit Card.

Another phone said: “ Authorization failed. Please verify your card information or choose another card.” I already verify my card but it doesn’t work.

So the question is: If I use the Apple Credit Card to buying some Apple Produce at diffirence country. Can I do that?

payment method not supported Purchased a iphone 14 pro on apple.con/jp, used my Indian credit card for purchase. I was not charged for sometime and recently was notified that payment method is not supported. I tried using a local credit card (japan) but nothing seems to work now. I just moved to Japan so I changed my region to Japan since there are some apps not available in my region, but when I’m trying to register my card as a payment method it says that it’s not valid even though it’s a Mastercard. Why is it denying it? This is stopping me from making purchases on my phone and is just making it harder for me.

Cannot Verify Payment Information I have recently got my first debit card, a few hours ago. when i want to add it in my Iphone, says "cannot verify payment information". So i started to search, if it was problem of the card, bank or maybe was my country because i live in Honduras. i used to use my mother's card to buy apps or in-apps purchases, but wanted to have my own card. Nevertheless, my mom's card is a credit card. I have a BAC debit card, i asked, and they say that it is international, and in the Apple Support page, it says that mostly credit and debit cards are accepted in Honduras. So i want to know, if its a problem with my country that doesnot accept this debit card or is something else that i am missing. ¡Thanks for help me!
