I understand that Apple is required to remove albums from our Libraries when rights expire. But my Library has nearly 10,000 albums - and most mornings I see that number reduced by anything from 1-10 albums. Is there a way I can see or be notified WHICH of my library albums has been removed ?

So, Recommend this to Apple:
Unfortunately, automatic notifications about this is not an option, as of this reply. So, recommend to Apple that the make it such.

That is how all streaming services work. The rights to stream may vanish at any time, for a variety of reasons. The removal is sometimes temporary, sometimes permanent.
If there are albums or songs that you would like not to risk disappearing from your library, buy and download a copy from the iTunes Store or other music retailer. Also keep a backup.
