Apple watch series 8

When someone rings me and i answer on my watch the person ringing me cannot here me however I can hear them

my microphone is not blocked and I have un-paired and re-paired it and still same thing.

Is this a new problem ? Or has this always occurred?

Can you successfully ask Siri a question on the watch?

Can you successfully converse on your phone?

Have you always setup from backup?

If so try setting up as new.

Thanks for your response, The problem came out of the box. Yes Siri now ok after re-pairing. If I initiate the call from my watch then I can be heard and if they call me they can hear me HOWEVER the next call I receive I cannot be heard will try setting up as a new phone
