iPhone screen showing horizontal lines

I didn't drop my phone suddenly my iPhone started to show horizontal lines of and shadow of previous icons what was in the screen a while ago

U can't see anything in screenshot its like horizontal rows. when I'm opening an app in i can see homepage underneath it(u have look closely to see this)
