3G not working on iPhone 13 Pro
I recently “upgraded” to the iPhone 13 pro with Tesco Mobile and had absolutely no issue with service for 3 weeks until I updated the latest software and I found ever since I am no longer able to receive any service. I visited the Apple store and they found absolutely no issues with the device and insisted I needed to speak to Tesco mobile because this is a service issue..
My iPhone 13 Pro is currently being “repaired” with Tesco Mobile but they have contacted me to say they have also found no issues with the device but there definitely is because the SIM card doesn’t work in that device but it works perfectly in all other devices?! (Currently using iPhone 7)
Has anyone ever had this issue before? I’ve tried resetting absolutely everything in the settings and nothing has worked. The only issue I have found is that 3G works on the iPhone 7 and the iPhone 13 pro doesn’t seem to like 3G.
I’m hoping to get this problem revolved asap because it has gone on for nearly a month and I feel like I’m being fobbed off by Apple and Tesco Mobile 🥺
