How to enable flash even its not that too dark?

I am trying to capture image while enabling flash but iPhone automatically detect environment and disable it

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 16

Use iPhone camera tools to set up your shot – Apple Support

says:

"Turn the flash on or off

Your iPhone camera is set to automatically use the flash when needed.

To manually control the flash before you take a photo, do the following:


On iPhone XS, iPhone XR, and later: 

Tap  to turn the automatic flash on or off.


Tap , then tap  below the frame to choose Auto, On, or Off."
