I cannot hear phone conversations with my hearing aids.
I am using my recently purchased Phillips MNR T R hearing aids purchased from and set up by Costco. All is great except I CANNOT HEAR PHONE CONVERSATIONS. why not?

Your hearing aids may not be paired to your iPhone. If you look in Settings, Accessibility, Hearing, Hearing Devices, MFi Hearing Devices do you see your hearing aids showing Connected?
