good morning , I rented a movie from App Store using iTunes , I started to watch it but can t continue playing it , it get me to black screen and then nothing happens , my internet connection is working properly .help requested.thanks

We can understand wanting to find out why you can't watch the movies you rented in iTunes. Without having information about the device or software you're using, we can offer basic steps.


Restart your device to see if this correct the issue and allows you to watch you rented film. If you're renting a movie from the Apple TV app, you'll want to follow the steps on this page: Rent movies from the Apple TV app - Apple Support. There's a great section there at the bottom that says "Still need help?". It offers guidance for how to get your rented movie to play.


Still need help?
- If you can't stream or watch video content from the Apple TV app, restart your device. If your rental still won't play, learn about streaming issues or report a problem.
- For downloads, you can start watching your movie as soon as enough of it has downloaded to play without interruption.
- You might be asked for a verification code when you rent a movie. Learn how to get a verification code for two-factor authentication.
