Not able to run Adobe creative cloud un-install

I was looking for a simple image viewer for my new Mac, I ran across Adobe bridge which also installed Adobe Creative Cloud which I do not need, now I am trying to get rid of both programs and not able to.

I downloaded the Creative Cloud Uninstaller, funny that you need to install a new software to get rid of a software you don't want, I just keep on adding junk hidden system files to slow down my new computer which was clean and fresh.

Anyways, when trying to install the uninstaller, it won't run it because I didn't get it from the App Store, how do I go around that restriction ?

Here is the error that am getting.

Figured out one step to make it happen, you got to click the yellow lock at the bottom of the window, and when it shows unlocked, then it will run the third party application with the administrator password.

Now, the next step, how do I get rid off all the files from the uninstaller that I just installed, because now that still there with all the files from the Bridge App which I also want to clean out all of its file in my computer.

I know this is like an art, to fetch all hidden files and delete them, most people just drag the app icon into the trash can and hope for the best, but that leaves a lot of files that remains floating around the system and which continue to require initiation every time you start your computer making it slow.

There got to be a way to go find such files and eliminating everything, clean the house.

Well, I did find an Adobe cleaner tool that seems to go through the computer looking for all active adobe software files and cleans everything, it uninstalled the bridge app automatically when I tried to clean the creative cloud, am sure it is not perfect, there might be other files hiding somewhere, but at least I have done everything I could to clean most of it.

I think I got to the end of the line here and I am just stock in a loop I don't know how to get out of.

I found where to go change the security settings to allow third party apps to install, but even when following the instructions still it won't run the uninstaller, at this point I just want to make it run it anyway no matter what, why doesn't want to run the uninstaller?

I hate that Adobe is doing this, why can't adobe just offer bridge as an app on the App Store, why does adobe forces me to side install the creative cloud software and now I have to secure way to remove the entire package out of my computer, short of a full reinstall of the OS and reset the computer back to original. This is not cool, I will never install anything that is not available on the App Store. This is like an Adobe made virus.
