How to remove tips from my Apple Watch screen? I prefer with out that
Apple Watch Series 7, 9
Open the Watch app on your Apple iPhone. Scroll down to Tips then tap Notifications Off. That should do it!

i had to restart apple watch for it to work.

Settings/accessibility/Quick Actions/appearance and select minimal.
Or turn off quick actions and or assistive touch.
