Office 365 Mail Not Working

Four days ago, Office 365 Mail required my wife to log into her account, we couldn't. Three days ago, my Office 365 Mail required me to log into her account, we couldn't. Microsoft support said my domain with IONOS wasn't working. IONOS confirmed that the forwarding was working and suggested checking with Microsoft and Apple.

BTW, Office 365 is still working on our iMac's
