I was currently subscribed to Apple TV+ until November 17th 2022, but purchased Apple One that started today at $29.99 and was charged in full. Will apple credit me the month plus I was already paid for, for the Apple TV subscription? OTM’s do I need to request the refund?
It did have 30 day free trial. It ended October 7th, I got charged for AppleOne October 8th. My other subscription of Appletv+ ends November 17th(based off me paying a year up front LAST November.
Apple One is supposed to start with a one month free trial for services that you haven’t tried before. In your case that seems to excluded Apple TV+ then. For uninterrupted service, you should have one month overlap to cover that exception. Then Apple TV+ will be canceled automatically to not have double subscriptions. There is no credit to be given, except I think if you had paid (not free trial offer) Apple TV+ on annual plan with multiple months remaining.
In that case, I would suggest to contact an expert from the Apple Support staff for further assistance. Contact Apple for support and service (phone numbers) or start your support request online (chat/email/callback). They would be able to check your account details.
