Did not get my trafe in kit with my new iphone

When I could expect this one to be sent to my home address or is there other way to do the same, like drop in to nearest apple store?

The box for your trade-in will generally arrive a few days after you get the phone. I think mine came nearly 2 weeks after the new phone arrived.
