If you've already initiated your trade-in, Apple will ship you the trade-in kit to the address you provided for the purchase. The trade-in kit will ship separately from the device you purchased.

You can find the tracking information for the trade-in kit by clicking on the order that corresponds to your purchase the Orders webpage: Orders
