When should I expect a trade in kit after getting my new iPad?

I ordered a new iPad Gen 10, expecting to trade in my old one. The confirmation said that the trade-in kit and the iPad would be shipped together, but I only received the iPad. Can I expect the kit to come later, or should I contact someone? I don’t want it to be too late to trade in.

My experience is that the trade-in kit can come a day or two later than the new device, but if it's been longer than that, I would definitely suggest you contact the Apple Store and let them know about the issue. You only get 14 days after you receive the new iPad (at least in the US) to get the trade-in to Apple's depot and still receive the quoted value.

Regards.
