Where is my trade in kit

Did you participate in Apple's Trade-In program? It would have been available to you at the initial process of ordering a new iPhone.

If you did, then the shipping kit should arrive within about a week to 10 days to allow you plenty of time to set up your new phone before shipping it to the third-party Apple uses to evaluate the condition of the phone.

If it is well past that time, just contact Apple Support for further assistance. To do so, simply select the "Support" link on the lower left-hand side of this forum's web page.

It has been my experience, and I have done this process a number of times, it it never comes with the new phone. Regardless, the evaluator outfit should be providing you update emails, and should it get near that 14-day timeline, they also offer the ability to extend it.
