my iPad isn’t working, both of the side buttons are not working and the button I close my iPad with isnt working and I can’t leave the app that I used that was on my iPad. Everything else seems to work good when I use the app.

If your iPad is unresponsive, connect your iPad to its Power Adapter and allow the iPad to charge. While still connected to external power, try a forced-restart:
