Hi- the home button on my iPhone 8 has started making a double beeping sound when pressed. It’s really annoying and I don’t know how to stop it- it still beeps on silent and I’ve tried restarting but it makes no difference- I’m on iOS 16.. can anyone help please?

Are you using any accessibility features with your iPhone? If so, turn those off and see if this has any impact on the issue. You can read about the different feature where and how to turn them off in this link:
