“hey Siri” triggers Siri, but the. She cannot complete any commands

Changing to English (United Kingdom) in settings worked instantly and fixed it. The Siri feature was not been working at all for several weeks prior and would give the "Something went wrong" error every time. This is for a new-gen SE.
Went to Settings -> Siri & Search -> Language -> English (United Kingdom)
This worked 💯. I don’t understand what was wrong, but you saved my sanity. I have been over 1 month without Siri on my iPhone. Oddly, my watch hasn’t had any trouble working. Thanks 😃
I'm also regularly having this issue & none of the suggested fix's have 'fixed' the issue.

Changing to UK English worked for about a month and now the same problem is happening. And it only fixed Siri—never fixed speech to text issues. 😩
Unfortunately confirming English UK was correctly set did not resolve this issue... Apple, any other ideas on how to fix this?
