Hacker screen mirroring and hacking in via Airplay

A hacker is connected to my Airplay through his Iphone, which is always shown, locked, in my control center. He is able to essentially look like he IS me because he hacked my account through our (then) shared router nearly three years ago. I replaced the router, got a different service provider, the whole 9 yards.

Is there anyway to disable Airplay so I can disable HIM? It's clear that he's screen mirroring what I'm doing.

P.S. It appears that he recently bought an Airport, using my name. He also saves my content to individual songs he has established in MY name with the Apple Music account (which I never established; he created a user name and everything and I see all these swings which I never chose, playing on my device as well. Sounds crazy but it's not. I also note that he's saving data that is attached to each of these songs.

Sharing a router three years ago is not a means for persistent exploitation.

Something that has been ongoing for three years is not going to be resolved here, and all suggestions here will likely already have already been suggested.

Update to iOS 16, if not already running that.

AirPlay shows a blue bubble when mirroring is active.

iPhone has no usernames available for users. It is a single-user device.

AirPort is a name used for both Apple Wi-Fi clients, and older and now-discontinued Apple Wi-Fi routers.

Anyone with an Apple Music subscription can publish playlists.
