Is there a way to change the lock screen and home page wallpaper without having to turn the phone off and on again? Would be simpler if went to Settings>wallpapers and select from there.
That’s exactly where the settings are on my phone. I can also tap and hold on the Lock Screen to bring up the customise option, which to be honest is a pain as it keeps going to it when I pick up the phone.

there has to be a more efficient solution...at least let us go to Settings>wallpapers and create, modify, or select from there.
would also be nice if using a personal photo for the lock screen if it would populate the home page screen as well, then if we want to change, then we can.

So just followed the link. It's only for certain Apple apps, not iOS in general.
