iOS 16: is there anyway to change the wallpapers for the lock screen and home page without having to turn off the phone and turn it on again? Seems like we should be able to go to Settings

Is there a way to change the lock screen and home page wallpaper without having to turn the phone off and on again? Would be simpler if went to Settings>wallpapers and select from there.

That’s exactly where the settings are on my phone. I can also tap and hold on the Lock Screen to bring up the customise option, which to be honest is a pain as it keeps going to it when I pick up the phone.
