Apple Watch can't connect to cell service
I have recently transfer phone carriers from Verizon to Visible. I have an iPhone 14 pro and Apple Watch Series 7. While my phone connects to Visible without issue, I am unable to connect my Apple Watch.
I open the Watch app on my phone and follow the prompts in Cellular > Set Up Cellular. After the set up completes "successfully" I return to Cellular in the Watch app and Visible appears as "NOT IN USE".
I have tried rebooting both phone and watch. I have tried reseting both devices to factory setting. Neither of these approaches or combination of these has been successful.
I would be grateful for suggestions to resolve my issue.
