Software updating problem

I have a problem with updating the software

every time when updating it’s go to pause and not allow me to resume how can i fix this ?

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 14

You need:

A strong Wi-Fi signal (no VPN, no Hotspot)
At least 6GB of available storage
A well charged battery
