Is this specific to a Meta app, or a general issue with screen rotation?
If this is a general problem with screen rotation, confirm the rotation lock is off, and try restarting the iPhone.
If this is specific to one or more Meta apps such as the Facebook app, remove the app and restart and re-download and try again, and failing that, contact Meta support.
