Macbook Pro issues

I got a Macbook Pro from one of my friend ...it didn't work well then I installed Mac os X , now it's stuck in apple site...even I can't sign in iTunes... please I need your support.

Thanks for the update.


Please do not reinstall OS X (yet)! Due to the age of the Mac, there may be issues reinstalling using the internet!


Using this Apple Support article as a guide, About System Information on your Mac - Apple Support, please let us know what year your Mac is.


Also, I believe you should use DriveDx to evaluate the health of the internal hard disk. This could be vital in deciding what the next course of action is. Run DriveDx, then upload the reports here:

When you say it's stuck on the Apple site, do you mean it isn't responding on Apple.com? Have you successfully installed OS X? What year is this Mac?

yes it's not responding on apple.com. I'm at now Re installing os x el capitan, after that asking apple id and password. then it says "this apple id has not yet been used with the apple store. please review your account information" but when I give wrong password... apple.com asking phone verification and when I give code same way block.

manufacture date I cant find but some where I saw 2007 to 2015.
