Good Morning.
While I was using my phone, the screen suddenly went black. I see that is on but it won't show anything on the screen. I tried to force restart it and now to restore and update it, but so far nothing.
What can I do?

With your iPhone screen being black, it sounds like you're performing the steps in If your iPhone won't turn on or is frozen.
If iPhone screen won't show after performing the reset and restore, it would be best to contact Apple Support for service options or take to a local Apple Authorized Service Provider.
