Hello,

does anyone notice a change of screen colour after unlock the iPhone? Sometimes it happens to me, I think could be a bug.

it’s very quick, I unlock my iPhone to start using it and then the colour of the screen change and back to normal in seconds.

please let me know what should I do to fix it :) thanks

Hello there thaisa226,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. Does this persist after restarting the iPhone? Follow the steps from the Apple Support article, and let us know: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

"How to restart your iPhone X, 11, 12, 13, or later

  1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
  2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
  3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo."

Let us know the outcome, and we can go from there if needed.

We hope this helps you.

Yes! I have the same problem and I noticed its happening more frequently. I unlock my phone screen looks fine and then in a split second it changes tone. Im wondering its its a software or hardware problem.. its something thats hard to replicate to show anyone because its random and happens so fast after unlocking.

Hello there thaisa226,

Thanks for trying the troubleshooting provided. If that didn't help, the next option is to get it checked by a certified hardware technician.

Apple Provider Locations

If the screen loads normally after the unlock, it's likely not anything to worry about. Any issues found later would be covered under the warranty. If the warranty is expiring soon, see if a technician can see the issue, and recommend a solution.
