deleting google files shared with me

I have files on my google drive that were shared with me. I am unable to delete them as there is no remove button. These were view only files and I no longer need them. Everything I have tried doesn not work. There is not option to remove or move to trash!

Check with Google Drive support as it is not an Apple product.
