my little sister has been hacked and want to know if apple can help out with this. If he is using an iphone XR, can he be held accountable for misuse and be punish for the product???
he has been using this account to rob people out of their money!

If you're asking if Apple can help your sister with some non-Apple account that has been compromised, no. The fact that the hacker might or might not have used Apple hardware doesn't make Apple responsible. If someone uses an Escalade as the getaway vehicle in a bank robbery, it doesn't make Cadillac responsible for replacing the money.
