Has anybody found a way of downloading geo-restricted apps on iPhone using iOS 16.0.2? The solution being offered by Apple is to change the country/region on your "Media and Purchases", however it is not possible as it requires a payment method with billing address in the country where the apps is restricted to.
I believe one used to be able to go around this requirement in the older versions of iOS.

Thanks for pointing this out. I had actually initiated my request from my bank to provide their app to be accessed worldwide and I'm waiting for their resolution.
