App Store region

Hoping someone can help. I downloaded an app from the App Store to my iPhone 14 pro max and was successful. My husband has now a month or so later tried to download the same one and it no longer is in the App Store. If we try to download using the QR it says it’s not available in your region. I have just done a search on my phone and the app is no longer in the App Store. A lot of the apps have non English information written underneath. Is it possible both our iPhones have changed regions ? How do I check that?

You can check the region and even change it by opening Settings ➡️ General ➡️ Language & Region ➡️ Region: Here, you can check the current region that is setup on your iPhone. If it is incorrect then you can tap on it and select the correct region that you are in.

I tried that but it won’t allow me to see what region I’m under unless the family music is cancelled. Not sure why that has anything to do with it
