Can Apple Pay be used at an ATM for withdrawals?
If you have a bank account debit card added to your Wallet on your iPhone, you may depending on your bank, be able to use your iPhone to make cash withdrawals from your account by tapping your phone to the ATM if it has a tap to pay symbol, but you still have to enter your debit card PIN
This is how I get cash from my bank’s ATMs, I don’t use the physical debit card.

The cash you receive using your method I am assuming comes directly out of Apple Pay then is my assumption correct?
“Apple Pay” is just Apple’s payment service, my cash withdrawal doesn’t come directly from it.
The cash withdrawal I make comes from the my bank account using my account’s debit card in my iPhone’s Wallet.
No. You use your own physical card for withdrawals at an ATM.
