Green halo screen green tint green border on dark screen

On my early 2015 MacBook Pro, after startup, there is a green border against the dark screen. Then it looks pink-ish against white screens. There are several pictures online and closed thread which are similar to this issue, but none are resolved. My issue just started. Here is a picture and some similar links:

Is the issue a loose cable, something about software, or do I need to leave the laptop screen in the UV sunlight?! Coincidentally, (i'm sure) i used a certain cleaner to remove the de-laminating anti-glare coating yesterday. This was a major/known issue with this model laptop, but we never took it back to the store for the recall. So, is it possible that cleaner leached through the screen slowly over the past 30 hours? It was fine last night, this morning, and afternoon. Only started after I rebooted the device.
