How can I get rid of googleadservices fro my iPhone 14?

I am plagued by googleadservices intrusions, even in apps which I have paid for being “ad-free.” I am tired of responding to these intrusions by clicking on the inappropriate nature of the ad. Immediately after I reject it, it reappears. I have downloaded AdGuard, and that doesn’t seem to work either.

Is there any way to kill this monster, and if so, how can I defeat it?

It would be better if you can please re-post with a screenshot, in order to understand the phenomenon better. Images/pictures speak louder than words.
