Popup asking me to confirm in my bank app keeps disappearing

I’m trying to purchase a subscription to an app and whenever I do a popup comes up asking me to confirm in my bank app that it’s me. Whenever i do though, I have to leave the app I’m trying to buy a subscription from and when I close it, the popup disappears and the purchase doesn’t go through. Any tips on how to get around this?
