Sos problem on iPhone

My iPhone XR is completely paid off and I’m paying for cellular data with T-Mobile and in the top right corner says sos next to the wifi signal how would I fix that? It’s is up to date with system updates and I’ve watched several videos on how to possibly fix the issue but nothing has worked.
