I’d like to make an appointment at the Pentagon City store

I need an appointment at the pentagon store. My phone has issues with the speaker device on the phone. It rings and when I answer it automatically goes on speaker phone eve when I have my earplugs plugged into the phone. Can’t get it to stay on private conversation. Also, my plug in earplugs will not allow me to hear or speak through them. It nay allow me to hear music from them. Request appointment please. Thanks
