Cellular didn’t transfer to 14 max pro

i just got my 14 max pro in today and was able to transfer all of my data perfectly fine. except for my cellular. i have all of my contacts and my phone is registered under my phone number through my carrier, but when i actually check my settings, i have no cellular data and no phone number. my old phone that i transferred everything from, got it’s sim card wiped during the process. i tried to call my carrier’s suppose but they’re close at the moment. figured i’d see if anyone had any insight.

If you purchased your iPhone 14 Pro Max in the US, then there is no SIM card tray/slot in any of the iPhone 14 Models. These US models only work with eSIM(s). You will have to contact your carrier and have them provision the eSIM in your iPhone. Most often, the carrier can do this over the phone support.
