As of this post, 5Gh is not an option, as of yet in India. So, you'll just have to wait it out. It is not an option, because the federal government. has not decided to move forward with the protocol, as of this date.

Did you receive an SMS from Airtel? I did get one SMS the day 5G was launched. It said.
