Bug for 20W quick charger

After upgrading to ios16, my phone (iPhone 12 pro max) is not available for official quick charger (20W). At the same time, this certain charger can work on my iPad, which implies that the problem is due to system of iPhone rather than charger itself. And I’ve seen many analogous situations among iPhone users. However, after three small version of updates, this bug is still existing! I believe you should double check the quick charge agreement between iPhone and charger ASAP.

Same issue here - have to plug and unplug it few times before it charges correctly. Been told by Apple Support to restore my iPhone and set as a new phone instead of backing up from iCloud at the very beginning - didn't fix it. The issue only happens through 20w USB-C charger. Using any other older charger works fine. I see many people on Reddit talking about this issue too, so, might be an IOS 16 bug.
