iPad moves in and out during video calls

During Teams calls the ipad auto focuses/zooms in and out during the call changing screen angles/perspectives. It’s very off putting, any suggestions on how to stop this? It’s not the zoom or focus function.

Hi Carolynd3,

We understand that you are having an issue with video calls on your iPad. Are you using FaceTime for the video calls or a different app? If you are not using FaceTime for the video calls, be sure to check for software updates and reach out to the app developer for settings adjustments.

  1. "Open the App Store.
  2. Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.
  3. Scroll to see pending updates and release notes. Tap Update next to an app to update only that app, or tap Update All".
