Report this to Apple:

Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue.  Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come. Apple probable has received little to no word of this issue.

1. Go Here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
3. Comment: you want this to be an option and why.
4. Proceed from there as necessary

Troubleshooting iPhone Bluetooth:

See if there are any Bluetooth devices seen that you are unaware of.

A. Visit these Links:

• Set Up and Use Bluetooth Accessories on iPhone - Apple Support

• If you can't Connect a Bluetooth Accessory to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

B. Reset All Network Settings to Default:

Example of items that will be reset: (Wi-Fi Passwords, VPN Connections, etc)

1. Go To: Settings
2. Tap: General
3. Tap: Reset
4. Tap: Reset Network Settings.
5. Enter: [Your Passcode]

Same here. Locking and unlocking the phone reproduces this on iOS 16.0.3.
