I paid my Apple music

I paid for my Apple Music subscription and they are trying to charge me again for it

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 16

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. First, it may be best to look over your billing history and see if there may be something else that is being charged. To do that, use the following guidance from If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support.


"How to see what you were charged for

  1. To see your purchase history, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID.
  3. A list of purchases appears. To see family members' purchases, select the Apple ID button and choose a family member.
  4. To see the full receipt including tax, tap or click the date. Multiple purchases, including subscriptions, might be grouped onto one charge."


If you are unable to locate any other purchases, contact Apple Support for a closer look at your billing history. Reach out from Apple Support.
