I am unable to backup my iPhone (IOS 16.0.3) to my PC; keep getting error that my backup is corrupt. I tried deleting my backup, but there is nothing to delete.

Look here If you can't back up your iOS or iPadOS device to a computer or restore it from a backup - Apple Support (CA)
