My phone has been stolen and I activated the lost option. I got a message that my phone is online. But it doesn't open Lokishin and all my devices have been erased in icloud.

Scammers and thieves send fake messages pretending to be from Apple. If you respond to those messages and log into a site that appears to be Apple (but is not) that divulges your password to the scammers. They can then remove your device from iCloud.
