iCloud empty

Hello,

I've had my phone stolen today. When i log onto my iCloud on the laptop, it is saying empty. Could the person have deleted the data? If so is there any way of getting it back?

Thanks in advance.

The iCloud automatic Backup setting is a different setting than Find My Phone.

You could sign in to iCloud.com to see if your photos, contacts, calendars and so on were being synced. They are also separate "toggles" for syncing with iCloud.

You could possibly check for an iCloud backup by using the same Apple ID in a browser and looking at the "settings" icon.
