The answer is no. Only separate email messages can provide that, or there are some specialty services that can do that from a list you provide them, but they are then sending one message for each recipient. I think it would take a special feature in the SMTP service, and not anything in Mail (or other email clients) to accomplish what you want. It may be possible to automate sending a separate message for each, but if there are 100 people in the list, then 100 messages would be sent. However this might not make you popular with your provider as they sometimes limit the number of messages you can send.
