I want to buy apple care+ for my new laptop which I bought 02 Oct 2022 . However my date of purchase is not verified. How do I do it? I have a receipt. I live in Oman so I bought my laptop from third party.

If you purchased your MacBook Pro from none Apple Authorized Reseller, I suppose you can't get AppleCare even if you proof the date of purchase.
Try to contact Apple support and ask about it.
