Does the iphone 14 pro sold on Apple store in UAE have facetime? and will facetime work normally with a non-Emirati line in any other country than UAE ?

FaceTime isn't available or might not appear on devices purchased in United Arab Emirates. Group FaceTime and FaceTime Audio are not available in China mainland on iPhone and iPad with cellular.
