The App Limits function in Screen Time does not block TikTok when the time limit is exceeded.

There are already hundreds of complaints regarding this issue, including one from a qualified Apple employee, and no solution. Overuse of social media, and TikTok specifically, is a front-burner problem for parents worldwide. Please do not respond that there are no known issues, because there are - or at least a whole lot of seemingly educated adults are having the identical issue with this one app. Other apps stop when the time is exceeded, just not TikTok. If the excuse is that TikTok is the problem, it should be removed from the App Store, but I really doubt Apple has the guts to do that. And I say this as a loyal customer and fan of Apple.

Please give us a real answer - or just fix it.

Downtime is only on at night - from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

But, if "App Limits" are only "on" during Downtime, that is strange and certainly not clearly explained in the Screen Time app (which is far more confusing to use than competitors like Bark).

That said, if changing Down Time to effectively all day is the answer to everyone's problems, it is at least a start.
